
Distribution Sales Manager
Huijing
Responsibilities:
To develop channel strategy to maximize the revenue growth
To work closely with distributors on assets management through detailed & inventory/resales analysis to identify issues and opportunities tactically
To develop programs to improve assets position and the resales activities to ultimately grow the business with distributors profitably
To provide the updated forecast on billings and resales activities and drive to meet and exceed the annual goal plan.
To enforce & maintain data accuracy on the reported distribution inventory/resales
To be able to provide data analysis reports with corrective actions to solve ad hoc assets issues
Qualification:
Minimum 8 years of experience in managerial grade preferably in sales and marketing in the China market. Experiences in distribution operations is an asset
University graduate in Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
Strong business acumen with excellent communications skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
