Responsibilities:

1、Analog IC new product development and production ramp up

2、Key parameter distribution analysis and yield loss analysis in new product ramp up phase

3、IC failure rate and reliability analysis

4、IC testability and test coverage analysis

5、Support project leaders to interface and coordinate with other departments related to IC development

Qualification:

1、BS or MS in Microelectronics-related fields

2、New graduate with MS or Ph.D. or BS with at least three years of IC design experience or Analog IC test experience

3、Knowledge with IC design, Semiconductor physics.
