Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Daily low yield analysis and disposition to meet the goal of OTD
2. Qualifying new test / probing line
3. Manage the testing
4. Assist NPI in analysis of low yielding engineering builds
5. Review test yield trend and SPC analysis of test data
6. Drive yield enhancement activities
7. Support QA in customer complaints, survey & audit
8. Coordinate to implement special customer requirement
9. Responsible for process / product change

Qualification:

1. BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Micro-Electronics.
2. Familiar with Power Discrete characteristics, preferably 4 years of product / test engineering experience.
3. Knowledge of device physics is preferred.
4. Knowledge of device processing is preferred.
5. Strong analysis capability and good interpersonal skills.
6. Willing to work under pressure with sense of urgency.
